Daily: $50.00
Weekly: $175.00
Month-to-Month (calendar month) starting at ONLY: $425.00
(when moving in middle of month please determine if calendar monthly rate or weekly rate- which includes electric, is best for you)
Daily and weekly rates include water, sewer, garbage and electric.
Monthly rates DO NOT include electricity and are not prorated regardless of move-in date. Each site is metered individually and charged according to CPS rates.
A $100.00 electric deposit is required upon check-in.
No Refunds
Check-in no later than 7:00
unless prior arrangements have been made
For monthly stays- Any Cancelations will result in forfeiture of deposit.
For weekly and daily stays- Cancellations with 7 day notice will receive a 50% refund.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and money orders for your convenience.
Cash NOT Accepted.
